• Operation & Maintenance of Air-cooled & Water-cooled Chillers, AHU’s, VFD’s, VAV, Cooling Towers, PAC system.
• Operation & Maintenance of DG Set, Transformers, VCB, ACB, RTCC panel, ACC panels.
• Building Management System (BMS).
• Operation & Maintenance of Elevators, safety checks & rescuing the passenger during lift stuck & not in operation.

• DEEE- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering -2005-2008 with 54% (Dr Y C James Yen Rural Polytechnic college in Kuppam – Andhra Pradesh).
• SSLC- 2005 with 56 % (Govt High School Mallapalli).
