• Close the service call ID in CRM as well as in SAP B-1 according to service report.
• Check the mail on daily basis, and also make mail correspondence.
• Make claim for MSI & Warranty and raise it to TATA Hitachi Construction Company Ltd.
• Preparing status report of the items for which the order has placed to TATA Hitachi Construction Co. Ltd. on Daily Basis.
• Maintain the total machine population list and MSI due chart.

• Followup for releasing the payment from the financier.
• Responsible for branch operation, preparing attendance, monthly branch expense.
