Effectively utilize PTC Creo7.0 to design 3D models and draft 2D drawings for Nylon plastic parts, Aluminium Pressure die casting components, critical aluminium sections which are accessories of AHU (Air handling unit) with DFM, DFA consideration and GD&T specifications. Interacting with customers for the final approval of design, Negotiating with vendors and manufacturers on pricing, services and scheduled shipping windows to reach the developed products to the customer.
Also dealing with Cobots (Universal robot) programming and commissioning for various applications such as pick and place, machine tending, palletizing, painting, cleaning etc... Via Front end as well as back end development. Integration of universal robots with autonomous mobile robots (MiR) based on customer applications is also one of the part.
