Ensure excellent Operation of 56.1MW Wind Power Plants as a Site in Charge.
- Responsible for Performance of Generation, MA, MTBF and MTTR. Planning & Scheduling of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Root Cause Analysis and Resolution finding with Engineering Team.
- Team Engagement and Building for Better Work Environment.
- Monitor and analyze Daily Generation Report for time and accuracy.
- Breakdown Team Shift Scheduling and Manpower allocation
Analyze report and take corrective actions for WTGs not performing as per norms (Errors, repetitive breakdowns, abnormalities etc.)
- Maintain critical spares and consumables
- Maintaining Breakdown Reports, PM Checklist and Tower Torque Checklist.
- HOTO of WTGs from Projects team and Smooth Handover to O& M as per defined norms
- Maintain Safe and healthy work environment for workforce and Ensure implementation of safety work permit system, Inspection and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practice for employees and contractors.
- Ensure that no safety system is by passed in WTG.
- Hazardous Waste Disposal Planning and Coordination
- Preparation of NCR Reports for warranty claims and repair purpose.
- Torqueing Tools and Measuring Equipment Audits and Calibration Scheduling.
- WTG Quality Inspection Reports.
- Internal and ISO Audits Coordination.
- Ensure damage component is returned to the store within stipulated time and complete the transactions in sap.
- Forecasting, Budgeting and Material Planning.
- Site Financial Management and Vendor Management
