• Focusing on Zero Breakdown Maintenance in Production of Hot Metal
• Minimizing the Maintenance Cost below the Business Plan Target
• Ensuring the 100% availability of equipments by Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activity periodically
• Troubleshooting the technical problems in the equipments and sort out the corrective solution through analytically and logically
• Practice Safety culture as theme for Zero Target accident in our premises
• Induction on Safety – Health – Environment moral for all employee
• Co-ordinating with colleagues and reviews, to ensure the critical spare availability & classification of equipment with Class A, B & C
• Handling the ERP software for Business process such as Procurement & resource management through SAP Ariba solutions
• Periodic review of main stores & sub stores for stock inventory management, to supply chain material flow, over/under stock, minimize the production cost
• Executing continual improvement projects through TQM projects such as JDI, Kaizen, QCC & QIT
• Derivation of solutions in fault diagnosis system through FMEA & FTA tools
• Key Parameters Indicators(KPI) & Business Plan Targets were framed and look forward to it
• Preparing and Maintaining the documents related to Quality Management System, IATF records, TQM & 5s records and Safety Documents records Periodically
