- Monitored application and infrastructure alerts across production and staging environments using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, and Datadog — tracking SLA adherence and synthetic alert status around the clock.
- Investigated alert triggers to identify root causes (application errors, server resource spikes, failed synthetic checks), documented findings, and routed incidents to the appropriate engineering or DevOps team via ServiceNow.
- Handled a DDoS-related security incident: identified suspicious IP traffic patterns, validated whether source IPs were legitimate users or attack traffic, and escalated the confirmed incident to the security team with a structured summary.
- Maintained accurate incident and change records in ServiceNow and Jira, supporting audit readiness and post-incident review processes.

- Monitored an Azure-hosted AI summarisation service for availability and functionality, using Kibana logs to investigate failures and restore normal operation within SLA.
