- Working with different departments alongside various professionals like doctors, nurses, academicians, Social workers, occupational therapists and physiotherapist as a part of a multidisciplinary team
- Assessment of patients of various departments with appropriate methods like Interviews, Psychometric testing, Hypnosis, Psychological assessment methods, and Behavioral observation
- Planning and implementation of appropriate treatment programs like Psychotherapies, hypnotherapy, counseling, guidance and psychoeducation

- Pre and Post surgery assessments and Psychoeducation and Counseling for Patients and family members with Neurology departments
- Psychometric Assessment, Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation and Counseling for patients with problems like anxiety, addiction, depression, challenging behavioral issues, and social and interpersonal adjustment problems
- Student counseling and support with the university student counseling cell to help university students with disciplinary, adjustment, emotional, academic and personality problems
- Psychological assessment of university students as and when needed
- Workshop, self-development and Awareness programs for students, staff and community. E.g. mentorship program and mental health awareness activity
- Counseling and support to staff and students of university and hospital as and when needed
- Guidance and support to students with applied research. Thus promoting the evidence based practice in clinical settings
- Academic activities for undergraduate, Post graduate and External Placement students in the department of Psychiatry
- Hypnotherapy: for students and patients with various issues
- Community Awareness: During mental Health week and all the other events of the Institute e.g. Camps
- Teaching psychology as a visiting faculty in various colleges of sumandeep University. Eg psychology as subject in bachelor's in dental, bachelor's in physiotherapy, bachelor's in audiology and speech pathology and bachelor's in prosthetics and orthodontics

Worked as a Trainee Psychologist on Part time basis from 1st May 2012 to 30th April 2013 with working hours 6 pm to 9 pm (3 hours Monday to Saturday i.e. 18 hours per week). Worked as a Consultant Psychologist on Fulltime Basis from 1st May 2013 to 31st May 2014. Working hours were from 9 am to 3 pm and 6pm to 9 pm, Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays (9 hours Monday to Saturday i.e. 54 hours per week).

- Closely coordinate and support mental health home care with the patient's primary care provider along side with the local social service department ie Ealing council
- Provide patient with quality home care facilities on day to day basis via provision of efficient and regular care staff as per the assignment of the social service department
- Observer clients for changes in clinical signs and treatment side effects or complications and report it to the local social services department
- Offer or facilitate in clinic or outside referrals to the patient via communication and negotiation with the local social service agency
- Set up and manage carer duties as per the allotment of social service department. I.e roastering
- Trail patient follow-up and feedback on care management. Document in person and telephone encounter and use the information to improve the services provided and resolve issues of grievances
- Paper patient progress and Facilitate treatment plan changes for patients by putting it forward to the local social service agency. These may comprise changes in medicines or psychosocial treatments or appropriate referrals for additional services
- Training and development of care staff on a regular and timely basis. Eg. Fire n safety, abuse awareness etc as per the requirement of local council norms
- Immediate action and efficient and timely reporting to the local social service agency in case of emergency situations
- Referral, Support to multidisciplinary teams of various government agencies eg. Police and social services in case of emergency actions
- Role of a specialized 'abuse awareness' trainer for the development of staff and services
