VISA Steel Ltd is currently operating Blast Furnace with production capacity of 225,000 TPA of Pig Iron, Stamp Charged Coke Oven Plant of 4,00,000 TPA, Ferro Chrome Plant of 50,000 TPA and Sponge Iron Plant with Production capacity a 3,00,000 TPA, 75 MW Power Plant.

• Procurement Planning: Collaborate & discuss with user dept to comprehend procurement requirements. Gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and technical requirements of the product or service.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts. Monitor supplier performance, resolving any issues promptly.
• Purchase Order Management: Preparing & issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications. Review and convert purchase requisitions into accurate and complete purchase orders. Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from requisition to delivery. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Cost Management: Analyze market trends, prices, and supplier performance for cost-saving opportunities. Analyze every material or product to ensure the pricing is appropriate for the product procured.
