Worked on construction of Underground power supply
- Responsible for overall site execution eg. Piling, ground anchoring, mass excavation, rock blasting to RCC Base Slab, side wall etc. of project from conception to completion.
- Effect close liaisons with Engineers and Superiors.
- Identify critical issues & raising queries through Engineers & Managers for timely solution.
- Managing the execution activities like casting of secant piles (900 mm dia) pile caps (Capping Beam), Ground and rock anchoring, Grouting & stressing, deep excavation etc.
- Control and direction of a multi-disciplinary, multinational workforce. Management distribution of available work force.
- Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with Indian law and project / company H&S policy.
- Coordinate with engineers for making of BBS & procurement for steel
- Responsible for the execution of reinforces steel structure, concrete pouring from M-15 to M-50 grade and also responsible for fabrication and erection of waler beams and diagonal struts.
- Reconciliation of Reinforcement & structural steel and other staging & shuttering materials
