Senior Mechanical Engineering Professional with 30+ years of experience in Project Installation, Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance of Iron Ore and Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plants.
Experience in plant setup within mining lease areas as per DGMS ACT. and on other lease area as per Factory Act and necessary documentation. The other area of knowledge like Plant Layout, feasibility study, equipment selection, process modification, flow sheet development and project execution. The area involved RMHS, product management, process management, maintenance management, spare parts management, Crushing, screening, Grinding, separation, jigging, filtration, pumping station, EOT, utilities, slurry pipeline systems, tailing management, statutory compliance, safety management, and cross-country slurry pumping systems (up to 220 km).
Proven leadership in managing large-capacity plants from project execution to full-scale O&M operations with manpower management as plant head.
