• Monitoring customer complaints to with stand failure
• Monitoring All Breakdown vehicle of Day and Night Support
• Monitoring Pending vehicle report on daily basis
• Enhance reach of service and spare part support
• Conduct training program for every new bulletin
• Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships
• To develop new service network like Quick service and Express service
• Making Estimates of all service vehicle
• Service camp execution in stands/Mandis/rural areas
