• Take the lead in identifying and scheduling custom booth components, making sure design ideas match what can actually be built
• Plan and manage the schedule for production drawings, keeping everything on track with project timelines, client and show deadlines
• Work closely with teams in India and other countries to review technical drawings, set deadlines, and stay aligned across departments
• Double-check technical drawings to make sure they meet the design specs, materials, and fabrication standards before sending them to production
• Coordinate with international warehouses and production teams to address and resolve technical queries
• Create and share Order Forms with the production team to get accurate cost estimates
• Ensuring all the projects are executed smoothly to meet the show and clients' deadlines and expectations
• Help with production planning by spotting possible issues early and suggesting practical solutions
• Make sure quality standards are met by working closely with our main production team in Mexico and support teams in San Diego, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orlando, and India
• Keep communication clear and consistent across global teams to make sure everyone is on the same page with project goals and timelines
• Join internal review meetings to give inputs and how we can improve overall processes
