Data Engineer at Aroha technologies (2022-06 – 2023-12)

Vertex Solutions is a support call centre that works for Airtel and Jio to connect as a data engineer. Dealt with different data files and sometimes even flat files. Performed analysis and validation on the data, as per business requirements. Worked in the reporting/analysis team to find insights and to answer ad hoc questions raised by management.

• Analyzed data in On-premises system holding Customer Relationship Management data and Call Data
• Ran queries and created required views on a need basis
• Used Power BI to access data and develop dashboard reports so that users can easily identify the trends and patterns
