• Priced a 300-bond, ₹3.21 Cr multi-currency portfolio (6 currencies, 44 attributes) in Python — price, Macaulay/Modified Duration, convexity, DV01, OAS and key-rate duration, verified against benchmark values.
• Fitted yield curves (Nelson-Siegel, cubic spline) on 264 daily observations; decomposed curve moves into level, slope and curvature factors via PCA.
• Designed a 1,000-scenario Monte Carlo engine producing VaR(99%) ₹25.17 L and Expected Shortfall ₹29.99 L, validated with Kupiec backtests (95%/99%) and a delta-gamma cross-check within 5%.
• Delivered the reporting layer as a Power BI star schema with 50 DAX measures plus a multi-sheet Excel validation workbook; trained RF/XGBoost/PyTorch models with SHAP explainability and replicated the analysis in R (test-set R² 0.97–0.99).
• Wrote 74 automated pytest tests across analytics, model, benchmark and reconciliation suites; 11 documented commits on a private repository.
