My name is Swapnil rathod current working with the siemens as Application Engineer- senior technical lead. I have 12 yrs of experience in software testing.

Over the years I have developed strong skills in project planning, project management, Test plan, pre integration and post integration testing, test management, test concept documents prepation, reviewing project requirements & specifications, project testing, autotest creation, defect analysis, root cause analysis, cross sysytem testing with teams, meeting deadlines and problem solving efficiency. from last 2 years we started using AI.

Using

GitHub copilot and Siemens Chatgpt we created the test cases, created agents for daily task like build downloads, IP downloads, unit creation. tracking customer issues in our area. I have handle both routine responsibilities and high pressure situations and I always give my best.

• Led end-to-end QA for 14+ Siemens NX release cycles, ensuring high-quality delivery of Drafting and PMI functionality with minimal production defects.
• Owned the planning and scheduling of projects using Polarion tool • Reviewing the Functional specifications, Requirement Specification, Test plans for projects • Lead the QA team and also participated in regression testing, functional testing, Integration testing, black box testing, performance testing • Created various traceability matrixes to understand extent of requirements met/needed • Conduct regression testing, pre-UAT testing, run automated tests and rework on them whenever needed • NXX Cloud testing: NX compatibility testing with cloud • Agent creation using Github Copilot for regular task like IP and group build downloads • Test cases creation with the help of AI using Siemens ChatGPT and Github Copilot • Designed test plan according to Agile or Waterfall test method base on projects complexity related to industries like Ship, aerospace and automotive engineering workflows.
• Collaborated closely with Product Managers and Developers to identify, document, and track high-severity geometry rendering and data-loss defects
• Help BETA users with testing and understanding the new functionality during in-house testing and launch of new software’s • Developed automated test scripts using [NX Open / Python / C#] to automate repetitive drafting creation tasks, reducing manual regression testing effort • Verifying zero data corruption during part file migration from legacy NX versions.
• Mentored 4+ QA engineers, improving onboarding efficiency and testing quality • Identified edge-case software crashes during large assembly loading and drafting synchronization, directly improving software stability.
• Managed and re-prioritized the product backlog, resulting in early and smooth delivery of quality project
