Marketing Analyst — CRM & Marketing Automation at nuggett.in (2025-11 – 2026-06)

• Product ownership: built nuggett, a CRM-ops automation platform that lets marketing teams launch WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push campaigns directly from Claude or ChatGPT — removing the need to log into a separate CRM console for routine campaign work.
• Campaign & template workflows: designed and automated the template submission, campaign creation, and approval workflows marketing teams use daily inside MoEngage and CleverTap, two of the CRMs most used by Indian D2C, fintech, and e-commerce brands.
• Channel integration: integrated Gupshup as WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, enabling automated, end-to-end WhatsApp campaign execution.
• Marketing-ops prioritization: sequenced feature delivery (MoEngage first, then CleverTap) based on real marketing-ops workflows and platform constraints, and built a browser-automation fallback so campaigns could still ship on channels without a stable API.
• Outcome: shipped a working v1 validated against real CRM and campaign workflows, then transitioned off day-to-day execution to pursue a full-time role in CRM/marketing technology.

Data Scientist at MResult (2024-08 – 2025-11)

• Client delivery: worked with SmartX Technologies, an Australian startup, building AI-powered document intelligence and an engineering drawing (SLD) analysis system that cut manual analysis time by over 60%.
• R&D & OCR: led R&D in OCR and computer vision, contributing to three proprietary ML models in production; built pipelines extracting text/images from 10,000+ PDFs, boosting accuracy by ~92%.
• APIs & infra: built scalable Django REST APIs integrated with MongoDB/PostgreSQL, containerised via Docker, cutting deployment cycles by 30%.
• Model performance: applied CNN, CRNN, and YOLO models to document layout analysis; data augmentation and annotation workflows lifted F1 score by up to 60%.
• Early role: as Technology Analyst, built internal automation tools for data workflows/dashboards and supported early research on document classification, earning promotion to Data Scientist within a year.
