Marketplace (B2C) in RTO and RTV (Returns) department.
Leading the AJIO.Com Online B2C (E‑commerce) Operation.
Running the operation with modules (SAP, Sterling & WMS).
Ensure all returns are shipped to vendors in a timely manner in adherence to delivery.
Follow up with the line haul team for returns vehicle.
Ensure all employees are aware regarding the tasks and responsibilities & follow the process define as per SOP.
Responsible for monitoring team performance and grow to the down team.
Managing the operations in good manners without any serious incidents.
#‑ KRA in Returns Processing
WMS.
Short out any issues related with warehouse & delivery to vendors.
Manage customer & retailer returns to warehouse under TAT.
Product validation of customer return / undelivered shipments and their classification into good and bad inventory.
Returns inventory management to ensure material integrity.
Taking care of vendor wise segregation of meterial to stock the material for sorting and ensure to ready that material for return to vendors.
Handling the process of RTV Sorting systematically in SAP as well floor management for same.
RTV Dispatch management for all the activities of Dispatch from boxes packing to vehicle loading along with documentation.
Manage all soft Data of RTO return and RTV
