• Providing L1 and L2 production support for SQL database and application

• Receive inbound calls from our Client for application issue troubleshooting
• Identify and escalate Priority issues as per Client specifications
• Servicing tickets and resolving issues within defined SLA using internal ticketing tools
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer and client business
• Document all calls with Call Tracking System
• Timely response to customer's mail & Actively support team and performs other related duties as assigned
