- Plan travel itineraries, utilizing the most convenient means of travel, advising of options available as well as associated costs.
- Manage the booking of travel reservations for airlines, hotels, trains, automobiles, Guest house etc. directly with local travel vendors.
- Prepare itineraries, with appropriate detail (restrictions, etc.) and other helpful information for traveller usage.
- Ensure that the appropriate visa is obtained, and documents audited for accuracy, if required.
- Follow appropriate accounting procedure & guidelines in the invoicing, payment, and billing of all transactions.
- Correspond regularly with consulates, which may include arranging a traveller's personal visit with them.
- Monitor departing and arriving missionaries from and to the Area and liaise effectively with main stakeholders.
- Maintains computer databases: Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Missionaries Facility records.
- Communicates MTC standards, protocols and policies to missionaries and visiting personnel.
- Oversees inventory of various things (keys, missionary materials, office supplies & vehicles, etc.) and orders supplies as needed.
