Hello, I’m Taiba. I have completed a pastry diploma for APCA Mumbai. currently I’m a co owner of a patisserie located in Kharghar named Joie-The Bake Bistro. I have an undying passion in regards to the science of pastry and look forward to expand my knowledge in the same.
Right now I’m a student with APCA Mumbai however I work part time with a patisserie. I look forward to gain experience in the hospitality sector and also expand my knowledge about the kitchen and the sales and regard with the same.
Currently I have a IB diploma for DY.Patil International School and the dual diploma from Academy Of Pastry and Culinary Arts Mumbai.
