- Create 3D models, Assemblies and manufacturing drawings of fermenter vessels with Agitator in Solidworks.
- Prepare Machining BOMs, Fabrication BOMs and Assembly BOMs.
- Create 3D models of various parts like flanges, condenser, Heat Exchanger, Sparger, thermosiphon, Mechanical seals, TC connections, impellers, sensor housings etc. of Fermenter and Autoclave.
- Make mechanical calculation reports using ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 1, 2, 3 and perform numerical analysis using PV ELITE CodeCalc 2019.
- Perform Simulations to generate FEA reports for Vessels and Nozzles on vessel.
- Follow company design standards and documentation procedures. (ASME BPVC SECTION VIII, ASME BPE, ASME B16.5 , ASME B36.10M/19M. etc.)
