Design & Simulation Engineer at Camber Racing, Formula Student Team (2025-08 – Present)

• Design and develop mechanical and aerodynamic components for the Formula Student vehicle using CAD, analytical calculations, and simulation-driven engineering methods.
• Perform structural and composite analyses using ANSYS Static Structural and ANSYS ACP to evaluate deformation, equivalent stress, equivalent strain, reserve factors, and safety factors.
• Support CFD studies and aerodynamic development using ANSYS Fluent, including geometry preparation, meshing, boundary-condition definition, and result interpretation.
• Contribute to vehicle packaging, subsystem integration, manufacturability, material selection, and assembly-clearance assessments.
