CMA/I.C.W.A. with 24+ years of experience in leading the Finance and Accounts function.
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals and market trends.
Provide strategic financial leadership to drive growth, profitability & operational efficiency.
Budget Forecast and Management to ensure the objective & goal of the company is achieved.
Variance Analysis.
Working Capital/Cash Flow Management and AP/AR supervision.
Flow and vendor management. Dealing with Bank & FIs for fund requirements, both short/long term.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, capital expenditures and resource allocation to drive growth,
Project budgeting, Costing and feasibility: Develop budgets for various projects, Cost analysis and feasibility of existing and new projects.
Accounting & Compliances/Audit:
Oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliances with applicable accounting standards.
Statutory auditing and filing of Income Tax return.
Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, Income Tax and other statutory compliance requirements. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, adapting company policies and procedures accordingly.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements for management.
Present financial data and analysis to the executive team and board of directors providing valuable insights for decision making.
Cost Management: Analyze operational costs and implement strategies for cost control and efficiency improvements.
Risk Management: Implemented robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding company assets; recognized by auditors for maintaining a strong Spearheaded identification and mitigation of financial risks, resulting in a 20% reduction in potential losses and improved overall risk management framework.
Team Leadership:
Organized a new accounting department and recruited and trained accountants.
