Possess over 10 years of extensive experience in the National Rural Livelihood Programme(NRLM), with a strong focus on sustainable livelihood promotion and rural women empowerment. Demonstrated expertise in skill development, capacity building and sustained handholding support for the development and scaling of sustainable livelihood models, enabling long-term self-reliance among rural communities.

Facilitation and mentoring of staff to enhance performance and effectively strengthen programmes aimed at empowering rural women across the Block.

 Coordination and collaboration with govt. officials, line departments and banks for ensure effective programme implementation, convergence and outcomes.

 Facilitate livelihood promotion initiatives including farm, non-farm and enterprise development activities.

 Ensuring accountability, transparency and ethical leaderships while representing the organization as a professionally.

 Plan, execute and monitor NRLM components including institution building,

livelihood promotion and financial inclusion.

 Ensure effective implementation of schemes such as MKSP, DDU-GKY, CCL,

MED, other financial inclusion, and social inclusion initiatives.

 Ensure the data accuracy, validation and timely submission of reports to district and state units. Oversaw delivery, packaging and shipment for material transitioning from warehouse to customer location.
