I specialize in Workday Security, Controls Integration, and Governance with strong focus on designing scalable, audit-ready, and sustainable security models for enterprise transformations. My experience spans security architecture, SA/SOD assessments, access governance, control design, and stakeholder management across complex HCM and Financials environments. What differentiates my approach is that I position security not as a downstream configuration activity, but as a foundational governance and risk management stream aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and long-term operational sustainability.

I have close to 10 years of experience in Workday HCM, Workday Security, HRIS governance, and Oracle Fusion implementations, primarily supporting global enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Over the years, I have worked extensively on Workday Security implementations, Segregation of Duties analysis, sensitive access reviews, audit support, business process security, tenant governance, and release management.

Currently, at PwC, I am working on multiple global client engagements where I manage Workday Security configurations, security redesign initiatives, SoD assessments, audit readiness activities, and stakeholder coordination across HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT teams.

Previously at Accenture, I supported Shell’s global HRIT SaaS program where I handled Workday tenant management, security administration, release upgrades, business process enhancements, and HR stakeholder support. I also conducted training sessions for HR teams and collaborated closely with cross-functional global teams.
