- Implement best practice manufacturing methods & introduce new practices to improve productivity.
- Production planning & scheduling using SAP HANA — managing MRP runs, work orders, and production confirmations.
- Inventory control and material requirement planning (MRP) to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Manpower handling, shift planning, and manpower allocation for achieving monthly production targets.
- Overseeing production processes, monitoring output, and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for all machines; attend major breakdowns and conversions.
- Supervise & evaluate performance of production personnel (supervisors, workers, etc.).
- Coordinate with Maintenance for efficient running of all equipment to reduce downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing processes like GMP, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Handle automation projects — converting manual lines to semi-automatic lines (VFD, PLC, conveyors).
- CAPA on customer complaints; manage internal query & complaint reports.
- Verify all process documents, daily production reports, and job cards.
- Generate and analyze production KPI dashboards using SAP HANA Live for management review.
