● Control-M Server/Agent, batch monitoring, job flow analysis, troubleshooting, scheduling and ordering jobs via Control-M.
● Familiar with SAP Products (SAP BW4HANA, SOLMAN).
● Experience on SAP Solution Manager in configuring Charm (Change Request Mgmt., Change Control Mgmt.), Document Management, Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring.
● Having precise knowledge in understanding theR/3and ECC system and considerable experience in SAP BW/BI, documenting, design and analysis reports using BexAnalyzer.
