Having 7+years of experience in Admin
• To maintain proper record of company assets issued to personnel and ensure accountability.
• Understanding material requirement properly, accurate communication with vendor,
timely procurement and effective negotiation.
• Procurement and maintenance of office equipment / furniture / fixtures to ensure their serviceability and AMC
• Chronological documentation and maintenance of all AMCs for Machines and ACs/UPS.
• Complete timely AMCs and keep tab of all machineries in place.
• Contacting vendors for regular AC and tea/coffee vending machine check and maintenance.
• Run timely Health and Safety Training and audit for the organization to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors with the lab admin.
• Procurement and issue of stationery to various divisions and maintain their proper records and maintenance of sundry like mobile phone, telephone, calculators etc.
• To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier etc.
• Taking care of all administrative requirements of Satellite Lab like Refrigerators, AC,
Television sets, stationery, etc.
• Managing Pan India office administration work.
• Managing Courier Services and payments.
• Reduce cost in Internet Plans. Company Sim Card, Lab coat, Printing and Stationary
Materials etc.
• Managing Housekeeping and security services.
• Managing Hospitality and Travel Desk. Optimise the expenses for travel and stay.
• Accountable for Travel booking for all the levels and maintaining the MIS for same.
• Should be able to liaise with BMC / TMC / NMMC & Government offices for regulatory requirements.
• Take care of the PAN India admin and GC offices. Standardize the admin facilities Pan
• Take care of the smooth functioning of other satellite office.
• Prepare Corporate Admin AOP for the coming year and ensure the budget is maintained
• Working with senior management to initiate and assist in new projects
• Managing projects and timely coordination with vendor, getting quotations, timely execution and ensuring that all the requirements of the projects are met
• Defined timelines for each project and adherence to same, timely reports on projects.
