Experience in Interfacing I MX Processor with DDR3, Nor Flash, USB, AND Ethernet signals via External Connectors in Multilayer PCB design. Responsible for routing, Signal Integrity, Layout optimization, and Hardware Interface Validation. Coordinate with Hardware Designer for Successful board Completion.

Revision board updated with new components; placement, routing, and copper pouring completed within constraints. Compared with previous design using Mentor Graphics PADS XAVE. Designed a PoE-based mixed-signal board, addressing mechanical constraints, analog/digital/power domain separation, and robust Ethernet signal routing.

• MDAC SYSTEM-II-Mains Distribution system and On Board Computer System. It is responsible for distributing external power to various onboard subsystems of the torpedo under software control. It carries power to the on-board subsystems, viz., Homing System, IIRS, Actuation amplifier, Actuator motors, Mission timer, Ring Laser Gyro (RLG), Pressure Transducers.
• IDAS- IDAS will monitor the health of the torpedo in case of any abnormal condition, alarm will be generated. The torpedo must be recovered after each exercise trial. To make the recovery hassle free.
• Board brings up activity.
• U-Boot loading and FPGA code loading Analog emulator.
• Initial test and functional test as per approved ATP document with customer witness.
• Environmental Screening carried out for cards (Passive, Active Burn-in, Vibration Test, Thermal Cycling).
• Thermal cycle, Random & sine vibration as per customer requirement.
• Failures analysis during test.
• Generating the maintain the complete product record.
