Preparation of quotation drawings & technical specification as per the sales team or customer requirement.
Understand the principles of applicable industry standards, customer requirements and design criteria.
Preparation of quotation drawings to full wellhead set or each individual items like casing head housing, casing spool, tubing head spool, gate valves and accessories items like pup joint, cross, valve with manifold, tree cap, single and double solid blocks, casing hangers, adapters, pack-offs & positive and adjustable choke valves, tees depend on requirements.
Preparation of valve quotation drawings to gate valves, self-contained surface safety valve, direct line pressure operated valve, hydraulic actuated valve, and pneumatic actuated valves.
Making raw material, layout, assembly, component & sketch drawings for required wellhead sets or individual items
Creating the bill of materials for full assembly drawings as per API 6A and NACE STANDARD.
Preparation of assembly & test procedures for required component in wellhead assembly.
Preparation of calculation and creating a simulation operation in FEA (SOLID WORKS) for required components & new designs.
Revised the documents as required & maintain the engineering documents.
Ensure all drawings & technical specification submitted to the PLM/ERP system.
As required, making ECN to drawings, and updating in ERP, also circulating the ECN to required departments
Advise to production peoples for feedback, errors and any modification required in component.
