- Monitoring the production of the painting process in a fully automated and manual paint shop. Process is receiving mould parts, manual operation of parts cleaning and load onto fixture, parts will be moved to primer painting process, then operate IRB 5500 base coating robot and IRB 5400 clear coating robot for base coat and clear coat painting. - Also, control the wastage by regular checking of paint, chemical usage and material inventory. FIFO system is followed by means of barcode system to control paint waste and traceability of incoming raw materials. Old lot will be used followed by new in racks arranged as per batch date. Also to control wastage by proper handling and paint mixing, color matching as per customer requirements.

- Ensuring execution of daily production plan by regularly monitoring process of agrochemical products which are used for crop protection, plant growth, used as bio stimulant for plant nutrition and consistently maintain quality.
- Products are present in two types. Soluble liquid product – made with DM Water, technical material in powder form, surfactants and adjuvants. Emulsifying concentration product – made with solvent, surfactants and adjuvants. - Responsible for raw material consumption, yield of each batch, job specific training to the contract workers on chemical handling. Assisting with manager on regularly updating production data and monthly production plan in excel (100 Tons/month).
- Regularly update batch details in log books, and provide process samples to QC Team on each shift to check for required product specifications (density, PH, odor and viscosity).
- Clear understanding of process, and equipment's working principle, have well utilization of manpower and coordinate with other departments. Work and coordinate with plant supervisor, operators for daily production planning.
- Participate in safety meetings for safety management systems (5S & TPM) to ensure good housekeeping, to handle carefully of hazardous chemicals and workers wellbeing of the plant.
