• Assisted 15+ domestic and 10+ international clients in obtaining Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Licenses, including end-to-end compliance and documentation under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP). Enabled total customs duty savings exceeding ₹95 crore (average ₹3 crore per domestic license and ₹5 crore per global license).
• Processed and Handled Goods and Services Tax (GST) refunds of ₹200 crore+ under the EPCG-linked refund mechanism, with proper filing of claims, reconciliation, and disbursement.
• Prepared responses to Show Cause Notices (SCNs) under the Customs Act, 1962, and on Input Tax Credit (ITC) under the CGST Act, 2017; and discussions with tax officials.
• Handled GST compliance (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) for ₹20+ Cr turnover companies, performing data reconciliation and return preparation.
• Offered advisory and consultancy services to 5+ key clients on customs, export–import advantages, and government incentive schemes for business development and cost savings.
• Executed 200+ customs HSN classification & assisted in import-export advisory for multinational clients, including required documentation and analyzing tariff applicability across multiple product lines.
• Assisted 2 multinational clients to prepare and submit effective applications for Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Tier 2 Certification to the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC).
• Researched operational and trade structures for 5+ companies, assessing import–export planning under Indian duty optimization schemes and state level government initiatives for sectoral expansion.
• Delivered cumulative fiscal savings of ₹190 crore+ through EPCG duty savings and GST refund claims.
