I'm Tiyasha from Kolkata. I completed my bachelor's in BSC. Then I started working as a lab technician but the growth process in the industry was very slow so I thought to change the sector and I switched as a Customer service specialist.
Currently I'm working with Teleperformance as an Quality Assurance Analyst for 2 years. Being an QA my role is so ensure that products, services or processes meet certain standards, requirements and quality attributes.
Some of my key responsibilities inlude : identifying defects or areas to improvement, collaborating with team to resolve issues. Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports. Conduction audits and assessment to ensure compliance and staying up to date with industry trends and quality standards.
I completed my bachelor's degree in BSC from the Calcutta University. I also completed my diploma in Medical Lab Technician.
