1.Managing overall Reverse Logistic Process.
2. To ensure timely pickups from customers by coordinating with logistic partners. 3.
Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience.
4. Managing customer experience matrix in Reverse Logistics leg.
5. Managing seller disputes, identification of gaps and to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.
7. Managing overall in Reverse process and drive cost saving initiatives.
8. Managing team and work towards having superior customer as well as seller experience.
9. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
10. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounts metrics.
