Ran the general OPD 3 days a week under supervision, taking detailed homeopathic case histories and drafting the remedy and potency plan for roughly 25 patients a day before the consultant signed off. Took 300-plus structured chronic and acute case histories across the posting, and learnt to follow the chronic cases to the second and third visit where the prescription is actually judged. Covered the casualty rotation, doing triage and first-aid and referring the cases needing allopathic emergency care rather than treating outside scope.

Handled a two-week rural health-camp posting that screened roughly 700 patients, doing supervised prescribing and preventive counselling across 8 villages. Maintained a repertory and case-record file for the chronic OPD that the department used as a teaching set for the next intern batch.
