• Monitoring all IPQA Activities in packing hall, Dispensing and Manufacturing.
• Issuance of all documents, BMR, BPR, Analytical Documents, Log books.
• To verify & check packing material & Raw material for a batch and to keep records of line clearance.
• To monitor the routine calibrations of balances used in packing hall & filling area, Dispensing and Mfg. area as per SOP.
• Verified all log books in manufacturing & Dispensing area.
• Review the Batch manufacturing record & Batch packing record.
• Bulk analysis and to prepare COAs
• Releasing of finished goods (FG) in SAP LIMS.
• To report the daily work to manager
