I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Social Work from Banaras Hindu University and bring over 15 years of extensive experience in the development and government sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked with various Ministries of the Government of India on programmes focused on child education, public health, women's empowerment, rural development, and social welfare. A significant part of my professional experience includes supporting the implementation of the flagship Government of India initiative, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, under the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
In this role, I collaborated closely with District Magistrates, Collectors, Deputy Commissioners, District Programme Officers, educational institutions, and frontline functionaries including Anganwadi Workers, ASHAs, and ANMs to strengthen programme delivery, community participation, and awareness generation.
