Tulja Sharad

I graduated in 2022 with a B.A.,LLB degree and possess approximately one year of experience in litigation. Currently, I am looking to transition to an in-house legal role. As a team player, I thrive in collaborative environments, and I remain remarkably calm under pressure. My passion for sports and love for travel further enrich my diverse set of interests.

I have gained valuable experience working on legal matters such as Trademarks and Patents, Arbitral Proceedings, and Contractual Agreements at my previous work place. My previous internships have also exposed me to various aspects of Corporate law, including Due-Diligence and Compliance and Intellectual Property-related matters. In these roles, I have worked on cross-border commercial service agreements, reviewed commercial agreements, and witnessed arbitral proceedings.

Further, I gained exposure to cross-border Commercial Service Agreements, reviewed multiple Commercial agreements, and even observed Arbitral Proceedings at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During my internships, I had the privilege of being part of Dispute Resolution teams in various law firms where I worked with both the Intellectual Property and Disputes teams. Additionally, I have worked with a firm that specializes in Maritime Law, I gained experience in handling commercial suits, Admiralty matters, and Commercial Arbitrations.

I hold a degree of B.A., LLB after studying in Law College for 5 years
