Working in 5 MTPA sinter plant (With SWGR system) machine maintenance technology.

• All conveyor maintenance
• All mech. equipment preventive maintenance
• Inspection of barring, coupling, gearbox, pully, plumber block
• Priveneventive maintenance all equipments and conveyor of sinter plant
• Normal belt joint
• Preventive maintenance, shut down and break down maintenance of sinter machine & all equipment machineary
• Maintenance of centralized lubrication system
• Maintenance of Couplings e.g. fluid coupling, scoop couplings etc.
• Maintenance of hydrostatic circuit of granulater & sinter machine, feed drum, sinter cooler, Over holling of gear box, screen exciter
• Pm of enreach mixture of and it's power pack and it' lubrication system
• Coodinating and extracting work from technician in individual equipments
• Coodinating with maintenance team incase of emergency obnormal in system to resolve the problems for faster normalization mechanical supervisor - vivek cons.
