Work experience of 2 years in a live project in salesforce Administration, Development, and Customization support of salesforce CRM based on admin and application on the force.com Platform. Good experience in Administration, configuration, and support with the Salesforce.com Platform.
Experience in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex. Hands-on experience writing queries using SOQL and SOSL in Apex Classes and Triggers. Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layout, workflow, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks & Events. Creating custom Apps, custom objects, custom fields, handling page layout, and related lists, and defining field dependencies.
Experience in data migration using data loader, and Import wizard. Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
