• Close monitoring of all operations & activities on shop floor for smooth flow of production, quality measures, Health & safety environment in the organization.
• Reporting to higher management on progress & issues about the production.
• Achieve daily production shift targets and work in a direction to effectively maximize overall equipment efficiency of the machines (OEE).
• Machine installation and modifications.
• Successfully commissioned triple extrusion line and started production of MVCC cable.
