- Create Monthly & Weekly Production Plan as per Customer delivery schedule.
- Demand Planning as per Customer Requirements.
- Maintaining minimum stock level to avoid any shortages in Production.
- Define Re-order level to control inventory.
- Plan and review daily actual v/s planned production targets.
- Analyze reasons for not achieving production targets.
- Capacity planning & optimize utilization, resource planning.
- Responsible for execution of inspection of finished goods for our clients
- Customer Co-ordination and dispatch scheduling.
- Monthly MIS Presentation.
- Reconciliation of physical and system stock to close the inventory book for the month.
- Co-ordination with procurement team, maintenance team and quality team for effective planning of production.
- Responsible for shop floor control & strengthening the implementation leading to smooth monthly closing.
- Inventory control & disposal of Non/slow moving items in WIP as well RM to accommodate frequently changing needs in product & lean seasons.
- Close monitoring of all operations & activities on shop floor for smooth flow of production, quality measures, Health & safety environment in the organization.
- Reporting to higher management on progress & issues about the production.
- Achieve daily production shift targets and work in a direction to effectively maximize overall equipment efficiency of the machines (OEE).
- Machine installation and modifications.
- Successfully commissioned triple extrusion line and started production of MVCC cable.
