I joined DXC (former HP/ HPE) as a Technology Consultant III in 2004, outperformed different roles, positions to showcase expertise in CICS ADMIN and INSTALL/1 for CICS upgrades and other Software upgrade for all mainframe tools, languages so far in P&G account and promoted to Associate Manager. My current role is SME with various responsibilities of participation in client workshops, help in problem solving and RCA, gathering user requirements, solutioning, code optimization, SIT/UAT execution and level3 support. 

25+ years of project lead experience of Application development, maintenance and support, major and minor enhancement tasks, Software upgrades, CICS Admin, Security RACF, Release manager , business analysis, Effective customer handling, requirement gathering, estimation and execution of projects starting from initial handshake till post deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Software upgrade for all mainframe tools, languages, Install/1 & PL/I upgrade for all of OSB and OGA systems in P&G. 
• Successfully completed performance tuning in CSOR newly developed SAP data translation & merging applications
• As a Security Admin, grant access to files, CICS application screens
• Performed the CICS Admin activities
• Coordinating various project related activities involving project planning, scheduling, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives (including risk management, effort/ time estimation). 
• Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks; taking necessary steps to ensure project completion within time and effort parameters; enforcing compliance to SLA terms negotiated with client.
