- Take the lead role in handling operational services to prospective corporate clients within an assigned geographical region.
- Managing the team and the day-to-day management of the unit in accordance with overall company policy and ensuring that all necessary inventories are available.
- First Mile Coordination with Clients (Taking care of 13000 pickups point/Day)
- Vehicle management for Seller Pickup & Warehouse
- Handling 2.5L shipment per day.
- Handling pickups/ processing with 21 TL's in Processing, 8 TL's pickups & 100 Executive which are reported to me.
- Handling 600 off roll staff in pickups/processing.
- Resolved all clients & seller queries.
