• Prepare Level 1 to Level 5 project schedules based on project scope and key milestones using Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and revised schedules as required.
• Calculate manpower, material, and machinery requirements based on the project scope.
• Assist in project cost estimation, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and prepare schedule and cost variance reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves, critical activity dashboards, and delayed activity tracking reports.
• Identify project delays, analyze their impact, and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress.
• Support Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) preparation and track completed work for progress billing.
• Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and cost claims in coordination with the Contracts Manager.
• Prepare project closeout reports.
