In the industry for over 19 year, experience has been based on the strong foundation laid down by academic study from institutions like Apollo Hospital, Chennai, India, Exercise Science from the American Council On Exercise, and other management programs covering a broad range of exercise science, health & disease management, diet, and stress-management programs.

Developing and management of the gyms along with training the staff.

Lecturer for teaching personal training courses from the American council on exercise and American college of sports medicine.

I have the ability to create and implement programs designed to educate and engage others to choose a healthy lifestyle and make good choices. My experience includes developing literature to be used in different types of programs, including in the form of videos on my youtube channel UMAP WELLNESS and providing classroom training or individual training programs.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Wellness Management from Apollo Hospital Hyderabad, India.

I also hold a Degree in Physical Education from BSS Bhopal, MP, India and I also have the certificates needed, to be considered for this job.
