The OTP (Australia) committee Vide AMC no.2200635 dated 17/6/21 has declared that my training is partially comparable to Australian trained Pediatrician in General Pediatrics & has asked me to do full time top up training in Development & Psycho-social Pediatrics for 6 months. I am also required to do 6 months of General Pediatrics with Perinatal component, with approved child protection course. Then I have to undergo full time peer revived practice in general Pediatrics for 12 months
I am working as administrative in charge of District Civil Hospital & pediatric unit at, Gurgaon. This role encompasses administrative & clinical responsibilities and on call roster for children admitted to pediatric ward, emergency department, special care nursery, postnatal ward at the Civil hospital, outpatient, follow-up clinics, high risk clinic, outreach clinics, development clinics, teaching and supervising the medical students, junior medical staff and nursing staff, quality assurance, research
Experience: I have vast experience in the specialty of Pediatrics in the premier tertiary hospitals in India and overseas including Maldives as consultant and fellow/senior registrar. I have extensive exposure and experience in developmental pediatrics, multi-disciplinary intensive care management of critically ill newborn infants and children, perioperative surgical care of the neonates including complex congenital heart disease, retrieval and pre retrieval stabilization of the sick babies and children
