• Proper processing & checking of Purchase Bills & payments to the parties, Preparing cheques & payment approval notes. Also processing of payments for Expenses of Fixed Nature on monthly basis, Marketing & Advertisement related payments. Bill Passing & Checking
• Material Requirement Form > Quotation Form Other Vendor > Delivery Challan > Goods Receive Note > Invoice > Purchase Entry
• Party (Vendor) Ledger Reconciliation
• GOVT. DUES PAYABLE WORKING TDS / GST MONTHLY BASED
• Employee Salary work & Branch Reconciliation work every month end
• GST Data Work like GST R-1 / GST R-2B / GST Payable Working & TDS Payable working
• Maintaining Petty Cash & proper accounting receipt & payment entries. Looking after Day to day cash transactions. Cash reimbursements to the Employees, withdrawal of cash from bank, cash reconciliation periodic basis
• Daily Bank Reconciliation Statement & clean up the reconciliation items
• Employee Salary Pay Roll Working
• TDS Data working
• GST Data Working
• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation
• Stock Take for periodical Month end
• Purchase Entry / Sales Entry / Petty Cash Receipt Payment / Bank Payment & Receipt / Journal Vourcher Entry / Other Accounting Entry
• Coordinate with Auditor like Financial Audit (year end)
• Other office document filling work GST R1 DATA & GST 2 A WORKING MATCH WITH TALLY & GST PORTAL AFTER GST DUE AMOUNT PAID
• Co-ordinating with the internal auditors & providing them with details required for monthly audit & solving their queries
