- System Troubleshooting: Actively identifying bottlenecks, cleaning scaled MEE evaporator tubes, checking clogged filtration membranes, and repairing pump foot valves.
- Sludge & Salt Management: Ensuring the heavy solid chemical residue generated from the MEE (like from Agitated Thin Film Dryers - ATFD) is correctly bagged, stored, and safely transported to government-authorized waste facilities.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining meticulous shift logs, operational metrics, and environmental data for pollution control board audits (such as the GPCB in Gujarat or CPCB across India).
