Roles & Responsibilities:
● Fixing the number of days with the particular dealer and discuss return of investment & to look after the appointment of new dealers.
● Ensuring the smooth payment schedule from the entire distribution channel from retailing end, by and large
● New client acquisition as well as existing client retention & relationship.
● Analyse the internal & competitor’s data & take the necessary steps for improvement.
● Execute orders and to organize sales promotional activities time to time
● Share correct and neat database with subordinates to maintain stock.
● Ensure proper level of customer service & to attract by organizing display idea.
● Generate sales through channel network and institutional sales.
● Work closely with north head & clients to identify their need and challenges to provide solutions

§ Assign weekly targets & intense monitoring of respective dealers & improve conversion ratio.
§ Implement marketing initiatives to increase enquiries & take care of dealer branding, POP and OMS.

§ Periodic dealer account reconciliation meet prospect to pitch as per laid down calendar.

§ Taking care, the sales of 2w,4w and Tractors by organizing display idea and with sales promotion activities.
